Protect Whales in Mauritius
Protect Whales in Mauritius was a project initiated by the Marine Megafauna Conservation Organization (MMCO). Since 2013, the MMСO has been conducting research on the local population of sperm whales. The research has made it possible to trace the dynamics of the sperm whale pod, to analyze its stability and trends. Along with the understanding of the extreme vulnerability of this population, many new questions have arisen. This project was launched in order to support the activities and research of the organization to protect the whales and dolphins in Mauritius.

Help Solve The Stray Issue
The Happy Tails Foundation opened doors to a NO-KILL & NO-CAGE Dog Sanctuary in the South-West of Mauritius, where unwanted dogs of all ages, sizes and conditions have found their forever home. The Foundation has also been doing as many Spay and Neuter campaigns in order to reduce the curve of stray overpopulation. The foundation raised funds to purchase a mobile "Spay and Neuter" Clinic.

Help us build our new PAWS shelter
PAWS is an animal welfare NGO/charity in Mauritius who created a crowdfunding project to build new kennels and cattery for their Northern shelter as they had to move to a new location. In existence since 1999, PAWS has already sterilized more than 70,000 animals on the island. Every year they rescue hundreds of distressed dogs and cats in their two “no-kill” shelters. They collected over Rs.100,000 for their new shelter able to receive up to 75 dogs and 20 cats.
